The preservation of leather is a relatively simple matter. To keep leather like new, even through years of use, it should be cleaned regularly.

The routine care of leather furniture is limited to dusting once a week with a clean , dry cloth, or a careful vacuuming with a soft brush. Dirt and dust work as abrasives on the leather.

If leather is soiled, you can wash it with a mild solution pure soap and clear lukewarm water. Apply by dipping a clean white cloth or sponge into the soapy water, wring the excessive water and wipe the leather clean taking care not to soak the leather. Do not spot clean leather; clean the entire surface. Dry with a clean towel and allow it to air dry.

When the leather is exceptionally dirty (soiled with grease, beer, wine, coffee or other household hazards ) wipe immediately using a sponge or chamois with lukewarm water and a small amount of mild soap. Then use a soft bristle brush (such as a fingernail brush) and rub lightly in a circular motion, then gently wipe dry with a cloth.

It should not be abused by harsh cleaners or substances such as wax or mink oils, which will clog the pores.

For suede leather normal care, they should be brushed occasionally with a suede-cleaning block to help remove general soils.

For damaged leather, we recommend you contact a professional cleaner.

The leather we use to lined our products is formulated to maintain compatibility under horizontal light, daylight and cool white light. However, particular care should be taken with high intensity discharge light, which can adversely affect color compatibility.

GENERAL USEFUL TIPS
  • Dry off immediately after contact with liquids. Absorb spilt liquids, so that the fluid does not get the time to penetrate the leather. Use a clean, soft sponge or cloth.
  • Do not only treat the stain, but the surrounding surface as well.
  • Do not lose your patience if the stain does not disappear completely. Normally the leather will gradually absorb it.
  • When using a leather cleaning kit, carefully follow directions.
  • Never use saddle soap, shoe polish, oil, vinegar or any chemical substance.
  • Avoid all solvents and detergents of any kind: acetone, petrol, pure alcohol, or any other kind of detergent.
  • Always try the cleaning method in a hidden area first to be sure the leather is colorfast.
  • To prevent fading do not Leave in direct.
